يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام

يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وبكامل التاجز (Tags) المرفقة

يتم إرسال طلب الاستبدال عبر واتساب مع توضيح المشكلة وإرفاق تاريخ الشراء

يتم استلام المنتج من العميل خلال 2 إلى 4 أيام من تاريخ تقديم الطلب

بعد الاستلام، يتم شحن القطعة البديلة خلال عدة أيام

يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن

في حالة وجود خطأ في الطلب أو عيب تصنيع، تتحمل الشركة تكلفة الشحن

Items can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery

Product must be in its original condition with all original tags attached

Exchange requests are submitted via WhatsApp with the issue and purchase date

Pickup is arranged within 2–4 days after request confirmation

Replacement item is shipped within a few days after pickup

Shipping fees are covered by the customer, except in case of wrong order or manufacturing defect
